Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
UrbanEdge is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.
